Richard Kelly is a London-based author, keynote speaker, columnist, editor, and leadership/organisational development specialist and coach. He has enjoyed an international career that has spanned nearly 30 years working in the private and public sectors in various senior leadership roles. For the last 15 years, Richard has worked as an independent consultant and entrepreneur in Europe and South America. Richard is a leadership coach for exclusive clients. He also advises companies on how to increase organisational productivity by creating more engaging and collaborative working environments. His new book, The Nature of Business Transformation, outlines the models and methods to help achieve this.
