About Richard
Richard Kelly is a London-based author, keynote speaker, columnist, and leadership and organisational development specialist. He has had an international career spanning over 30 years, working in the private and public sectors in various senior leadership roles. For the last 20 years, Richard has worked as an independent consultant and entrepreneur in Europe and South America. Richard has published two books. His third book will be published in July 2026.
